Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses of Tagina S.p.A. through the form available on the website results in the acquisition of the sender’s contact details, necessary to respond, as well as any personal data included in the communications.

LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Processing is based on explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), freely given by ticking the acceptance box at the time of registration.

The data will be processed for the following purposes:

  • Method: The analysis may be carried out automatically or semi‑automatically by cross‑referencing registration data with interactions on the website.
  • Legal basis: Freely given consent which can be revoked at any time.

PROCESSING METHODS AND DATA RETENTION

Processing methods: Personal data processing is carried out through the operations indicated in Art. 4 of the Italian Privacy Code and Art. 4(2) GDPR, including collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion and destruction of data. Personal data are processed both in paper form and electronically and/or through automated systems.

Data retention: Data will be stored only for the time necessary to provide the requested service. In any case, the period relating to the legal protection of the interests of the Data Controller applies pursuant to Articles 2946 (ten years) and 2947 (five years) of the Italian Civil Code.

DATA RECIPIENTS AND PROCESSORS

Data will not be disclosed to third parties for their own commercial purposes. They may only be communicated to:

  • Authorized internal personnel (marketing, sales, administrative departments).
  • Technical service providers (for example: hosting providers, email marketing platforms, CRM, management software) appointed as Data Processors.

DATA TRANSFER (LOCATION)

Personal data are processed and stored exclusively within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA).

Servers: The website is hosted on servers located in Italy and the CRM service in Germany.

Third‑party services: If cloud service providers or marketing tools located outside the EU are used, transfers will take place only to countries ensuring an adequate level of protection (according to European Commission decisions) or subject to the signing of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) to ensure maximum protection of your data.

Right to lodge a complaint

Data subjects who believe that the processing of their personal data carried out through this website violates the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR or to take legal action pursuant to Art. 79 GDPR.
